Method:

INGREDIENTS

150g  Pineapple Filling & Topping (frozen)
60g  Coconut Filling & Topping (frozen)
60ml  Milk
30ml  White rum
1/2  Cup ice
A slice of pineapple

PREPARATION

Freeze the Pineapple Filling & Topping and
Coconut Filling & Topping in the freezer a day
before.

METHOD

1. In a blender, combine the frozen Pineapple
Filling & Topping and Coconut Filling &
Topping with milk, white rum, and ice. Blend
until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish
with a slice of pineapple.
