200g White Wine
150g Water
100g Sugar
12g Agar
20g Lemon Juice
240g Dla Tangerine Filling & Topping
200g Cream
100g Greek Yogurt
20g Granulated Sugar
1 Fresh Tangerine Mint Leafs


  1. Mix agar and sugar together.
  2. Put white wine and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add in the sugar and agar and mix well to dissolve. Turn off the heat and add in lemon juice.
  3. Put 40g of DLA Tangerine Filling & Topping in a glass. Top with the wine mixture and let cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Put fresh cream and granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk. Add in Greek yogurt and mix well again.
  5. Pipe the cream into the glass right on top of the wine jelly. Top with the remaining DLA Tangerine Filling & Topping and a sliced tangerine.
