30g DLA Alicia 35% White Chocolate
2 tsp Instant coffee
1 tbsp Boiling water
160ml Milk

10g DLA Alicia 35% White Chocolate Whipped cream



  1. Start by making the baked chocolate topping. In a toaster oven, bake the white chocolate coins for about 2 minutes and remove until golden.
  2. Pour boiling water into the instant coffee and mix until dissolved.
  3. Heat up the milk in a microwave or pan, add white chocolate and mix until fully melted.
  4. In a coffee cup, add in the coffee and melted chocolate mixture on top.
  5. Pipe the whipped cream right on top and sprinkle with the toasted chocolate coins.
