110g Butter
70g Brown Sugar
70g Granulated Sugar
1 pc Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
180g Cake Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
80g DLA Ivana 30% White Chocolate
120g DLA White Chocolate Filling



  • Bring the butter to room temperature to soften.
  • Place the DLA White chocolate filling in a piping bag and set aside.
  • Sift the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix all together.
  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  1. In a bowl, put together softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Cream them together using a stand mixer until paler in color.
  2. Add in the egg, salt, vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients set aside earlier. Then, add in the DLA Ivana white chocolate coins and mix until almost fully incorporated. Set the dough aside and let rest inside the chiller for 30 minutes.
  4. Once set, divide into 6 equal parts using an ice cream scooper, then arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Baked in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
  6. After baking and while the cookies are soft, pipe DLA White Chocolate Filling using a piping bag all around the cookie. Finally, let cool before serving and enjoy!
