100ml Milk
100ml Fresh cream
30g Granulated sugar
3g Gelatin powder
100ml DLA Fruit Nectar (Strawberry)
90g DLA Strawberry Filling & Topping


  1. In a pot, put together granulated sugar and fresh cream. Heat over a stove until just before boiling. Turn off heat and add the gelatin powder. Mix well using wire whisk to dissolve.
  2. Add DLA Fruit Nectar Strawberry little by little and mix thoroughly. Transfer into a glass container and chill in the refrigerator to set.
  3. Add DLA Strawberry Filling & Topping on top for the final decoration.
