Method:

INGREDIENTS

50g DLA Fruit Nectar Passionfruit
20ml Water
40g Black tapioca (boiled)
80ml Black tea (strong)
150ml Carbonated water
100g Ice
1 lemon slice

METHOD

  1. Add the cooked tapioca at the bottom of a big glass.
  2. Mix together water with Fruit Nectar Passionfruit and pour into the glass over the tapioca.
  3. After adding ice in, pour the black tea slowly to create a gradient effect.
  4. Slowly add in the carbonated water along with a slice of lemon.
