30g DLA Ivana 30% White Chocolate
30g Granulated sugar
1 egg
50g Cake flour
1 tsp Baking powder
40g Unsalted butter
20g Salted cherry blossoms


80g DLA Coklat White Compound
1tsp Matchs


  1. To prepare cherry blossoms, put them in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to remove the salt. Drain the water, separate 6 pieces for decoration, and chop the rest into small pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius
  3. Put Ivana and unsalted butter in a bowl and melt in a double boiler.
  4. Put eggs and granulated sugar in another bowl and mix.
  5. Sift the cake flour and baking powder, add the eggs and sugar and mix. Then add the chocolate and mix.
  6. Add the chopped cherry blossoms and fold into the dough. Shape the dough into donuts.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
  8. To decorate, Melt Coklat, add in matcha and mix.
  9. Once the donuts are cooked and completely cool, dip into the matcha chocolate and decorate with cherry blossoms. Let set and enjoy.
