200g DLA Santo Tomas 70% Dark chocolate Couverture
90g Unsalted butter
2 eggs
50g Sugar
50g Cake flour
15g Cocoa powder
60g DLA Alicia 35% White Chocolate Food coloring & sprinkles


Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius

  1. Put dark chocolate and unsalted butter in double boiler and heat until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and in a separate bowl, add eggs, sugar and mix well until glossy.
  3. Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder and mix all together with a spatula.
  4. Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper, flatten the surface, and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. For the coating, temper and color the white chocolate however you want.
  6. When the brownie is completely cool, cut out shapes using a heart shaped cookie cutter and decorate with the colored chocolate and sprinkles.
