Method:

INGREDIENTS

200g DLA Coconut Filling & Topping
100g Rolled Oats
200g DLA Santo Tomas Dark Chocolate Couverture

METHOD

  1. In a food processor, blend the oats to a finer texture.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt and temper
  3. Place the blended oats and coconut filling in a bowl, mix well and let rest in the refrigerator until the oats are soften.
  4. Roll into bite size pieces and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Coat with the tempered dark chocolate and place on a tray lined with baking sheet.
  6. Decorate with excess dark chocolate and coconut shreds.
