Method:

INGREDIENTS

100g DLA El Pao 58% Dark Chocolate Couverture
2tbsp DLA Alkalized Cocoa Powder
75g DLA Topping Chocolate Salted butter
120g Milk
60g All purpose flour
50g Powdered Sugar
(1 big scoop) Vanilla ice cream

METHOD

  1. Melt DLA El Pao 58% & butter together.
  2. Sift in all remaining ingredients. Stir til well combined.
  3. Pour into prepared ramekins and bake for not more than 10mins at 450°F/230°C.
  4. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries then drizzle on top with DLA Chocolate topping. Enjoy!
