300g DLA Ivana 30% White Chocolate
70g Almond dragees
10g Mini marshmallows
30g Chocolate marbles
10g Sprinkles Chocolate coloring (pink, blue, yellow)


  1. Start by melting and tempering Ivana in double boiler or any other preferred method, then seperate the chocolate into 4 different bowls.
  2. Put food coloring into three of the chocolate bowls to add desired color.
  3. Cover a flat tray in parchment paper and apply an even layer of each chocolate colors together to create a gradient effect.
  4. Before the chocolate hardens, placethe almond dragees, marshmallows, chocolate marbles and sprinkles all over the bark.
  5. Let the chocolate completely set before cutting or cracking into smaller pieces.
