Method:

INGREDIENTS

350g DLA Dragon Fruit Filling & Topping
350g DLA Orange Filling & Topping
80g Granulated sugar
80g Hot water
100g Mascarpone
30g Granulated sugar
10g Honey

Method

  1. In a container, add 80g of boiling water to 80g of granulated sugar. Dissolve the sugar completely using a whisk.
  2. In two separate containers add the dragon fruit & orange Filling & Topping DRAGON FRUIT & ORANGE SORBET together with the mixture of melted sugar.
  3. In a bowl, put together mascarpone, 30g granulated sugar, honey and mix well.
  4. In a container suitable for the freezer randomly place the three mixtures until they fill up the container. Use a stick to make zigzag motions to create a design a slightly blend the three flavors together. (Don’t over do it)
  5. Place inside the freezer until the sorbet hardens.
