Method:

INGREDIENTS

150g All-purpose flour
3g Yeast
3g Sugar
3g Salt
100ml Water
15ml Olive oil
300g DLA Red Cherry Filling& Topping DLA Topping Chocolate (appropriate amount)

(1 big scoop) Vanilla ice cream

METHOD

  1. Make the dough. In a bowl, put together All-purpose flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and mix. Knead on a table until it becomes smooth. Then, add olive oil and knead again. Roll the dough back in the bowl and cover until risen for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Take out from bowl after 30 minutes and put on a floured surface. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a circle and place on an oven rack lined with a baking sheet.
  4. Spread DLA Red cherry filling & topping over the dough. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 230ºC for 10-13 minutes.
  5. After baking, take out from oven and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle DLA Topping Chocolate and enjoy!
