30g DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture
50ml Milk
30ml Vodka
30ml Baileys
15ml Whipped cream
1 cup Ice Cocoa powder

1. Melt the chocolate together with the milk (microwave or in a pan) and mix until completely melted and combined.
2. In a shaker, add in ice, the chocolate mixture, vodka, Baileys and shake well.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass, add a bit of whipped cream and finally dust with a pinch of cocoa powder
