Method:

INGREDIENTS

180g DLA El Pao Dark Chocolate
80g Warabi mochi flour
400g Milk
40g Sugar
20g Cocoa powder

METHOD

  1. In a pot, put together warabi mochi powder, sugar, cocoa powder and mix
  2. Add in milk little by little and put over stove to heat.
  3. Heat while constantly stirring using a spatula. Once thickens, add DLA El Pao dark chocolate and constantly stir until melted. DARK CHOCOLATE WARABI MOCHI
  4. Once the chocolate melts completely and mixture becomes sticky, remove from heat.
  5. In a clean container (glass or ceramic) covered with parchment paper, sprinkle cocoa powder and put in the warabi mochi mixture. Flatten using a rubber spatula and sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
  6. Chill in refrigerator to set and harden. Cut into small square shapes and serve.
