50g DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture
1 tbsp Milk
150g Ice
100ml Milk

50g DLA Bakejam Raspberry DLA Chocolate Topping Sauce
100ml Whipped Cream


  1. Gently melt the dark chocolate together with 1 tbsp of milk in the microwave or a pan. Combien well and let cool a bit before using.
  2. In a blender, add in the melted chocolate, milk, ice and blend until smooth.
  3. In a tall glass, pour raspberry jam at the bottom, whipped cream on top and the chocolate frappe on top in that order. Finally, top with more whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate topping sauce and raspberry jam.
