INGREDIENTS

CARAMEL FRAPPE:
DLA Colarom Caramel 1 tbsp
1 banana
Milk 100ml
Ice 150g
Sugar 40g

CARAMEL WHIPPED CREAM:
Fresh Cream 100ml Sugar 20g
DLA Colarom Caramel 1 tbsp

METHOD

Make the caramel whipped cream by whisking together the cream, sugar and the DLA Colarom Caramel in a bowl.

Place the whipped cream in a piping bag and refrigerate until use.

In a blender, add the banana, ice, milk, sugar and DLA Colarom Caramel and blend until silky smooth.

Add the frappe in a glass, pipe the home made whipped cream and top with some more DLA Colarom Caramel!
