100g  Bread flour
100g  Cake flour
30g  Granulated sugar
2g  Salt
1  Egg
80ml  Milk
6g  Dry yeast
50g  Unsalted butter
400g DLA Blueberry
Filling & Topping
1/2 Egg (beaten)
Powdered sugar


1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, cake flour, granulated sugar, and
salt. Mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Warm the mixture
slightly and add the dry yeast and mix. Add the unsalted butter and mix

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and knead the dough until
smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise.

4. After the first rise, take out the dough and deflate it. Divide it into four
equal parts, shape them into balls.

5. Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let them rise for the second
time for about 15 minutes.

6. Roll out each dough ball into thin rectangles and spread 3 tablespoons of
DLA Blueberry Filling & Topping onto one half of each dough rectangle. Brush
the edges with the beaten egg and then fold the dough to seal the filling inside.

7. Preheat the waffle maker and brush it with unsalted butter, cook for 3 to 4
