First make the crumble by mixing with a paddle 80g of flour, 80g of cold butter, 70g of brown sugar and 60g of almond powder.

Roll out the dough and cut it in small squares. Spread an even layer of Blueberry Filling & Topping in a baking dish and place the pieces of crumble on top. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes. Top with a little sugar and serve either hot or cold. Enjoy!
