Method:

INGREDIENTS

100g DLA Mayana 72% Dark Chocolate Couverture DLA Rolled Fondant Ivory
60g Unsalted butter
60g Granulated sugar
2pcs Eggs
85g Cake flour
15g Cocoa powder
1tsp Baking powder
70g Cream cheese
1tbsp Powdered sugar

METHOD

Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in a water bath.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together and set aside for frosting. Mix eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl.

Add in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.

Combine the sifted powders and add to the wet ingredients.

Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When it has cooled completely, apply a thin layer of frosting.

Cut the fondant into a circle and cover the cupcake top with it

Decorate with icing to make colorful skulls.
