Method:

INGREDIENTS

90g Evaporated milk
1pc Small egg White 20g sugar
1tsp Instant dry yeast
220g All-purpose flour
1/2tsp Salt
15g Softened Butter

Toppings:
1tsp DLA Fruits of the Forest, Strawberry, Mango or Blueberry Filling & Topping DLA Chocolate Topping DLA Caramel Topping
½ cup Whipped cream

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients together to make a dough.
  2. Knead the dough by hand or using a stand mixer with a dough hook. Once dough is properly kneaded, rest in a greased bowl covered with towel. Proof for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour and the dough has doubled in volume, knock all the air out by punching down the dough. Once air is released, portion the dough, and form it into a ball shape.
  4. Transfer into a tray then cover again with towel and proof for another 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. After 1 hour, brush with butter and cook the dough using a waffle maker.
  6. Once cooked, decorate and top with whipped cream and your choice of DLA Fruit Filling & Topping. You can also drizzle it with DLA Chocolate and Caramel Topping. Enjoy
