Method:

INGREDIENTS

150g  DLA Isabella 37%
Milk Chocolate
75g  Cake flour

METHOD

1. Place DLA Isabella 37% Milk Chocolate
in a heat-resistant bowl and heat
it in the microwave until completely
melted.

2. Sift the cake flour into the melted
chocolate and fold the mixture with a
rubber spatula. Transfer to a piping
bag.

3. Pipe the dough onto a baking pan
lined with parchment paper. Bake in a
preheated oven at 160°C for about
12 to 15 minutes.
