350g  DLA Apple Filling & Topping
10 pcs  spring roll wrappers
1 tbsp  flour
1 tbsp water

1. Mix flour and water to make a paste.

2. Unfold spring roll wrappers and fold it into
a Kabuto shape. *refer to the video

3. Put DLA Apple Filling & topping inside the
Kabuto - shaped spring roll wrapper. Fold the
exposed wrapper and apply the paste from
step #1 and press firmly to seal it.

4. Fry at 170°C until both sides are golden
brown.
