Daniel Xin born in China finished his professional pastry courses at Shanghai Second Light Industry School from 1998 to 2002, then started his chef life as an assistant chef at Intercontinential Shanghai Pudong during 2002 to 2007. After this, he became a Pastry chef at The Pastry Shanghai Pty LTD during 2007 to 2010. In order to learn more bakery industry knowledges, Daniel worked for InterContinential Shanghai Pudong, CSM Foods (Shanghai) Co., LTD and Aalst wilmar (Shanghai) Chocolate Co., LTD. Daniel has professional experiences as a chef of hotels and diverse pastry factories. After gaining all these experiences, he joined DLA naturals Inc after 2022.
